$150 per 50-minute session

$90 per 30-minute session

Sliding Fee scale available for clients with financial need.  Please inquire prior to scheduling an appointment.

* All first sessions are 50 minutes
Fees for workshops or presentations will be determined by the nature of the request.

Cash & cheques are accepted for payment.

All fees are required at the time of service.

Insurance & Extended Health Benefits

Do you accept insurance? How does insurance work?

Many extended health plans, such as Pacific Blue Cross and Great West Life,  will reimburse clients for the costs of counselling provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor. It is recommended that you call your plan provider to ensure coverage and any annual dollar limits, as it has been our experience that the print material provided to plan members is often incomplete.

• What are my mental health benefits?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• How many therapy sessions does my plan cover?
• How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
